Summary and per-bank view
The numbers lenders ask about, bank by bank and month by month.
The summary strip shows true revenue, average monthly revenue, average daily balance, days negative, NSFs and open MCA positions. True revenue leaves out transfers between the merchant's own accounts, advance fundings, refunds and returned items.
- One section per bank account, with a row per statement month
- Deposits, true revenue, debits, balances, negative days and NSFs per month
- A coverage pill per account and the months still missing
- One-click Request for missing months, 3 full months per account by default
- A banner when transfers point to accounts not in the deal
- A red banner when money went to a collections or recovery company

Positions and paper grade
See the stack and the grade it adds up to.
Existing advances found in the statements are listed in order, with the funder, balance, payment, frequency and estimated remaining term. The deal gets an A to D paper grade once its statements are analyzed.
- Edit or remove a position when the merchant tells you more
- Positions the statements show as paid off aren't counted
- The position count turns red at three or more
- The grade starts at 100 points and loses points for risk signals
- 80 or more is A, 60 or more is B, 40 or more is C, below that D
- Set the grade yourself: a manual grade is never overwritten
Points come off for NSFs, negative days, existing positions, short time in business, low revenue, low balance, a high share of revenue going to existing advances, recovery activity and, when known, a low credit score.

Basic and Advanced views
Keep the everyday view simple. Dig in when a deal needs it.
Basic shows the essentials. Advanced keeps everything in Basic and adds the detail behind it, worked out from the analysis already on the deal, so switching views never re-runs anything.
- Nine underwriting ratios, including DTI and debt service coverage
- Statement integrity checks for every file
- Transfers between accounts, matched or not in the deal
- Flagged transactions such as NSF fees and returned items
- Balances over time, with overdraft and negative days

Integrity checks
Catch the statement that doesn't belong.
Statement checks run on every file, and one rule keeps automation from sending a deal nobody has looked at.
Statement name red flag
A name mismatch stops automated submissions until someone reviews it.
Names are compared loosely: the legal name, the DBA or any owner counts as a match. When a statement belongs to someone else, a red banner shows on every tab of the deal.
- Submissions through the API, AI assistants and the CRM's submit action are refused while the flag is open
- Sending from the app still works: Send waits for a confirmation tick, and who confirmed is logged
- Mark as reviewed clears the banner and is logged with your name
- A new statement with a different name brings the flag back
Statement name mismatch: 2 statements are for "Coastal Catering Co.", not Rivera Plumbing LLC.

Connected checks
DataMerch, PACER and credit pulls on your own accounts.
Connect the checks your brokerage already pays for. Each one runs on your account, under your plan, and only shows on the Underwrite tab once it's connected.
DataMerch
Look the merchant up in the industry's shared record of defaults and slow pays, automatically on every new deal or when a rep clicks.
Fees: on your own DataMerch plan.
PACER
Search federal court records for bankruptcies and civil or criminal cases on the business and its owners. Federal courts only, and never run automatically.
Fees: billed by PACER per page, including search results. See PACER pricing.
CRS credit pulls
Soft-pull each owner's credit from Experian, TransUnion and Equifax. The qualifying score replaces the deal's credit score for lender matching.
Fees: CRS bills your account for each bureau pulled.
From analysis to lender fit
Bank-verified numbers feed lender matching.
Once statements are analyzed, lender matching uses the bank-verified revenue, deposits and balance instead of what the merchant stated. NSFs and negative days use the worst of the latest three months, and the paper grade counts toward every lender that lists the grades it takes.
- Bank-verified revenue replaces stated revenue
- Open positions from the deal count toward position limits
- The CRS qualifying score feeds the credit score check
- Recovery activity can rule a lender out
Analysis supports your underwriting review. It does not approve or decline a deal.
