AI inside NextLevel
Lender replies, read and logged on the deal.
- Approvals become offers, marked Email (AI)
- Declines are logged with the lender's reason
- Needs-info replies list the items requested
- Contracts in a reply are filed to the deal
- Revised terms replace the live offer, with history kept
- An AI processing switch on each mailbox
When it isn't sure, it changes nothing. The reply stays on the submission for your team to read and update by hand.

Prompts that work as they are
From the AI assistants guide, with a sample merchant.
- “Someone is calling from an unknown number. Who is it, and where is their deal?”
- “Which lenders should I send the Rivera Plumbing deal to, and why?”
- “Summarize the bank statements on the Rivera deal: revenue trend, NSFs, open positions.”
- “Show me deals stuck in Missing docs for more than 5 days and draft follow-ups for each.”
- “Send the merchant portal link to the owner of Rivera Plumbing.”
- “Log an offer from Lender A on the Rivera deal: $70,000 at 1.32 over 9 months, daily payments.”
- “Which advances are renewal-ready this week? List the merchant, lender and paid-in percentage.”
- “What is in the pipeline right now, by stage?”
- “Here is Lender C's rate sheet. Add them as a lender with these criteria.”
Permissions and sign-in
The assistant works as you, and no more.
Each connection belongs to one person in one workspace. They approve what it may do when they sign in.
- 1
Add the connector
Paste the server address into the assistant's connector settings. - 2
Sign in with a one-time code
Enter your work email and the 6-digit code sent to it. It works once and expires in 10 minutes. No password is shared with the assistant. - 3
Choose a workspace
If your email belongs to more than one, pick the workspace this connection works in. - 4
Approve on the consent screen
Every permission is listed in plain words and ticked by default. Untick anything this connection shouldn't do, then approve.
What stays true for every connection
- It acts as the person who signed in, with their role and their view of the pipeline
- A scope can never grant more than that person's role allows
- Access is short-lived and renews quietly; a connection unused for a month signs in again
- Revoke any connection under Settings → Developers → Connected apps
- Deactivating a user ends every connection they made
- Sign-in codes and tokens are stored only as hashes
