Starter is $597 a month for up to 2 users, Growth is $747 a month for up to 6, and Scale is $1,197 a month for up to 12. Additional users are $69 a month each, up to 50 users. Enterprise is custom pricing for teams above 50, or for brokerages with custom access, integration or contract needs. Annual billing gives you two months free, every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and calling, texting, email sending and GoHighLevel's AI tools are billed by usage.

How does NextLevel MCA work with GoHighLevel?

NextLevel MCA is independent software that runs inside GoHighLevel, in the sub-account we set up for your team under our agency. It opens from the left menu, with no second password. GoHighLevel handles CRM contacts, conversations, texting, calling and marketing. NextLevel handles the MCA side: businesses, people, deals, statement analysis, lenders, submissions, offers, advances and commissions. Contacts are linked between the two, and NextLevel events can trigger your GoHighLevel workflows.

Where does my MCA data live?

In NextLevel's own data layer. Deals, submissions, offers, advances and the rest are NextLevel records, not GoHighLevel custom fields or objects. People are linked to CRM contacts, and notes and tasks sync to the CRM.

Do I need my own GoHighLevel account?

Accepted Answer

No. Every plan includes a GoHighLevel sub-account that we set up under our agency. Already on GoHighLevel? We can move your existing account into our agency, and move it back out if you leave. Some GoHighLevel tools, such as calling, texting, email sending and AI features, are billed by usage at the rates on our usage pricing page.

How many users are included?

Starter includes up to 2 users, Growth up to 6 and Scale up to 12. Beyond your plan's included users, additional users are $69 a month each, up to 50 users in total. Contact us to add users to your subscription, or move up a plan at any time. Above 50 users, or if your brokerage has custom access, integration or contract needs, talk to us about Enterprise.

Can I submit to lenders through their APIs?

Yes, for supported lenders. We set up each API connection for you on request, and API submissions get preflight checks, status updates and offers flowing back to the deal. Every other lender is submitted by email from your own mailbox, and AI reads their replies.

Does NextLevel make credit decisions?

Accepted Answer

No. Statement analysis, paper grades and lender match scores support your team's review. Your brokerage decides where to submit, and you can always submit to any active lender.

What does AI do in NextLevel?

Accepted Answer

AI reads lender email replies and logs offers, declines, requests for more information and contracts. When it isn't sure, it changes nothing. A help assistant answers questions inside your CRM. You can also connect AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT to your workspace through MCP, where they act with your own role and permissions.

Are DataMerch, PACER and credit pulls included?

NextLevel connects to all three, but each one uses your own provider account and the provider bills you directly. For example, PACER charges per search and CRS charges per credit bureau pulled. Bank statement analysis is currently included in every plan.

Your workspace is set up within 24 hours. Onboarding calls then cover your lenders, application, team and workflows, at a pace that fits your brokerage.

Is there a free trial or a contract?

Accepted Answer

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We take a card at signup, and the first charge is on day 15 unless you cancel during the trial. There are no setup fees. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are billed yearly with two months free; cancelling stops the next renewal, you keep access until the paid year ends, and annual fees are not refunded.

Phone and email support (support@nextlevelmca.com), plus a Help & support panel inside your CRM with every help article and an assistant that can open a ticket for our team.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

If your subscription lapses, access pauses and your records stay in place. You can export deals, lenders and activity logs as CSV files or read your records through the API, and our team can help with exports. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled after cancellation.
