Connect lender submissions to the deal workflow.
Send packages by email or through direct API connections for supported, configured lenders, then track responses and next steps with the deal.

Email submissions
Send every package from your own mailbox.
Each lender gets its own email from your connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox, sent to every address on the lender's Submission tab. Submit to several lenders at once and every submission is tracked on the deal.
- Templates with placeholders filled in per lender, and CC for team members
- Watermarked statements and the application are ticked for you
- A 20 MB limit, with large PDFs compressed automatically on the way out
- A reference code per lender on every page and in the PDF's details
- Search a reference to see which lender had a package
- Record Submission logs a package sent outside the app; Resubmit sends again
If a package is still over 20 MB after compression, nothing is sent, and you're told to remove some files first.

For connected lenders, the deal goes straight into their system.
For supported lenders that NextLevel MCA has connected for your workspace, no email is sent. The deal moves through the same pipeline and notifications, and the lender's answers come back to it.

Replies and offers
Lender emails update the submission for you.
AI reads lender replies that arrive in your connected mailboxes, about every two minutes, and matches each one to its submission by email thread or by the lender's address.
- Approvals are logged as offers on the deal
- Declines are recorded with the lender's reason
- Requests for more information list the items asked for
- Contracts attached to a reply are filed on the deal
- When it isn't sure, it changes nothing and keeps the reply for you
- AI processing can be switched off for any mailbox
Revised terms, by email or API, replace the live offer as Rev 2, Rev 3 and so on, with the earlier terms kept as history. Offers you log by hand are never replaced.

Contracts follow-through
From the offer to signed contracts, on the same deal.
Once the merchant picks an offer, the contract steps run from your mailbox and the merchant portal.
- 1
Request contracts
Send a Request Contracts email from your mailbox, in the submission's thread if you like, with the offer's details filled in from your template. - 2
Contracts arrive on the deal
When the lender replies with PDF or Word attachments, they're filed in the deal's Contracts folder, the offer shows Contracts received, and the deal's rep gets an email. - 3
Share with the merchant
Share each contract to the merchant portal. The merchant downloads it, signs it and uploads the signed copy, which lands back in the Contracts folder. - 4
Next steps for deeper integrations
Where a lender's API integration supports it, the submissions table shows a Next step button, such as Review offers, Respond to lender, Send contract or Record funding.
Getting connected
How to request a lender connection.
You don't configure lender APIs yourself. You ask, and NextLevel MCA sets the connection up for your workspace.
- 1
Request it from the lender
Open the lender's Submission tab and click Request API access, or tick it when you add the lender. Tell us if you already have API credentials or a partner contact there; it speeds things up. - 2
Follow the status
The card shows Requested, then In progress while the connection is set up, and Connected once it's live. Declined comes with a note explaining why, and you can request again. - 3
NextLevel sets it up
We connect the lender for your workspace, sometimes with a key the lender issues you, and usually in the lender's test environment first until the lender approves production. - 4
Submit as usual
Once the lender shows Connected, tick it on a deal and submit the usual way. Until then, deals keep going out by email.

Eligibility and limits
What API submission covers, and what it doesn't.
Direct connections depend on the lender. Here is what to expect before you request one.
- API submission is only available for supported lenders that NextLevel MCA has connected for your workspace
- Depth varies by lender: some return offers automatically, some accept submissions only, and some can push status updates instantly
- A lender may need to approve you before its connection moves from test to production
- Every other lender is submitted by email from your own mailbox
- Retry works only after a failed attempt and a two-minute wait, so the lender doesn't get duplicate applications
- If you tick no documents, an API lender is sent every document on the deal
- Reference codes and the 20 MB limit apply to emailed packages only
